Yes, I do.

Just to be clear on this: the capitalisation means that I support the Vocation of living life as a Religious - Sister, Nun, Brother, Monk.

I do not, categorically not, support living a life of shoving your religion (or non-religion) down other people's throats.

I also do not, in any way, support any individual who has, whilst Professed, caused harm or injury to another human being. I don't consider that be true living of Religious Life.

I saw a stamp some while ago saying words to the effect of 'anyone who devotes their entire life to God is really sad' - I disagree, and this is a miniscule way of offering my support to those who does give themselves wholly to God.

So, if you're a Religious approaching your Golden Jubilee - I support you. If you're a Religious who has just made your Profession, I support you - and if you're discerning whether or not you have a Calling to lead a Religious Life, I support you, no matter which choice you make. To make the decision to dedicate oneself to God, and therefore wholly to everyone else in the world, is possibly one of the more courageous decisions ever available. It takes guts. I applaud that.

Oh, and this applies to Religious Life within any denomination...
